$25 members / $30 non-members / In-person cooking class featuring regional pasta sauces. Marie Dalldorf will teach Genovese pesto sauce, Ken Borelli will teach Calabrese pepper paste sauce, Lucia Clementi will teach Sicilian anchovy sauce.
