SOUNDS OF THE MOTHERLAND: The Mission Chamber Orchestra at the IAHF

In an Italian and Italian-American theme program, the IAHF will host the Mission Chamber Orchestra at the Foundation for the third year. This will be an amazing way to start the festivities for the new year.  Included in this program is a special piece in honor of North Beach Native, musician, and composer Vince Guaraldi. Chicago Author, and columnist, Bill Dal Cerro (Bebop, Swing, and Bella Musica) pointed out that 2025 will be the 60th anniversary of A Charlie Brown Christmas. The IAHF Concert will be a timely venue to recognize this important Italian American artist. It is a long overdue recognition of his contribution to Jazz and American music in general.
